Welcome to Greep! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our platform as a seller. By creating a seller account and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create a seller account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Greep reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

2. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller on Greep, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
• Fulfill orders promptly and professionally
• Maintain adequate inventory levels for listed products
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Honor your stated refund and return policies
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices

3. Product Listings and Content

• All product listings must be accurate and not misleading
• You retain ownership of your product images and descriptions
• You grant Greep a license to display your content on our platform
• Prohibited items include illegal goods, counterfeit products, and hazardous materials
• Greep reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies

4. Fees and Payments

• Greep does not enable businesses collect payment
• Payment for subscriptions cannot be refunded
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your sales
• We are not liable for any financial loss

5. Order Management and Fulfillment

• You must acknowledge and process orders within 24 hours
• Provide tracking information when available
• Handle customer service inquiries professionally
• Process returns and refunds according to your stated policies
• Report any issues or disputes promptly to Greep support

6. Intellectual Property

You represent that you have the right to sell all products listed and that your listings do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify Greep against any claims related to intellectual property infringement.

7. Prohibited Activities

Sellers are prohibited from:

• Selling counterfeit, stolen, or illegal products
• Manipulating reviews or ratings
• Circumventing Greep's payment system
• Spamming customers or other sellers
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Greep may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or at our discretion. Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding fees and obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Greep provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding uptime, functionality, or results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
